
General Terms and Conditions
e These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) clarifies all rights and obligations arising from the business relations between Pferdekraeuter.ch and its customers. Upon placing the order, the customer acknowledges the version of the GTC as part of the contract, which is in force at the time of ordering.
Agreements, additions and ancillary agreements deviating from the GTC shall only apply if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by pferdekraeuter.
Information
All information published on Equinature.ch is non-binding. They are used, among other things, for illustration. Any explanations are based on manufacturer’s information (errors reserved), are non-binding for Pferdekraeuter.ch and in particular do not constitute guaranteed properties. Offers are only valid as long as the stock lasts. Pferdekraeuter.ch therefore disclaims all responsibility for any errors and inaccuracies in connection with any information published on the Internet, in advertisements or elsewhere. This applies in particular to prices, stocks and delivery dates, which are therefore only to be regarded as non-binding benchmarks.
Contract conclusion and availability
If the order has been successfully placed via the Internet, the customer will receive an order confirmation or advance payment invoice by e-mail. The scope and execution of the delivery are determined by the invoice, which is sent to the customer by e-mail after processing his order.
Should Pferdekraeuter.ch no longer be able to deliver the desired goods, any advance payment made will be refunded to the customer immediately. There is no right of withdrawal from the order for individual orders that are ordered separately for one customer and are offered individually outside of the range of goods offered on the online shop.
Claims for damages against pferdekraeuter.ch are excluded in any case.
Terms of delivery and shipping
We only supply customers in Switzerland.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically.

• from a weight of 11 kg to 30 kg we ship by post within 8-12 days Fr. 17.00 CHF (VAT included)
Complaints about transport damage must be made directly by the customer to the transport company within the time limits provided for this purpose.
Returns
In principle, feed is not taken back. A return of the delivery can only be made in exceptional cases and must be agreed in advance with horse-craeuter. The package must not be open. The return costs shall be borne by the customer. The postage costs of the delivery will not be refunded.
Complaints
Complaints due to scope of supply, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity deviations, insofar as these can be ascertained by reasonable investigations, must be asserted in writing without undue delay, but at the latest within one week after receipt of the goods.
If a product is damaged or defective, Pferdekraeuter.ch is liable for this and the customer can return the product within 5 days and Pferdekraeuter.ch will send a corresponding replacement. In the event of improper use, Pferdekraeuter.ch assumes no liability. Horse food attracts vermin and small animals. Therefore, always close the bags and buckets in the best possible way.
Other warranty cases must be clarified individually.
Payment
An order via the online shop, arranged by phone or in writing is subject to a fee. In principle, the customer is liable for the timely payment of the claim. For payments at the post office, Fr 2.15 must be added.
The prices listed in the order confirmation will be charged. The prices are incl. the oath of office. VAT changes in prices compared to prices published on the Internet and in our printed matter are possible at any time.
Limitation
Insofar as the statutory provisions permit, a liability for damages (regardless of the legal reason) shall be waived by pferdekraudter and his vicarious agents. In particular, there is no liability for indirect and consequential damages that have not arisen from the goods themselves (e.g. lost profit, damages of third parties). In cases where liability cannot be waived, the amount of liability is limited to the purchase price recorded in the order confirmation.
Privacy
When collecting, processing and using customer-related data, the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act are observed.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the contracts based on them apply exclusively to Swiss law. The applicability of state treaties, in particular the UN Convention on Contracts for the Receuncing Of Goods (CISG), is expressly excluded.
Aarberg is the place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes with horse-craudters, where the law does not prescribe another mandatory place of jurisdiction. Upon placing the order, the customer expressly waives the residence guarantee in accordance with BV 30 II and acknowledges Aarberg as the ordinary place of jurisdiction.
Final provisions
pferdekraeuter reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
